jrRugby offers rugby micro-leagues for boys and girls from pre-kindergarten through high school. These micro-leagues run between five and eight weeks long, with one session per week. Each session features a practice session followed by a tournament - giving each player skills training and competition all in one!
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Chris Draper was a Cal Rugby Varsity Letterman and four-time National Champion, USA Rugby International Referee, and now Chairman of the Iowa Youth Rugby Association Board of Directors. With experience at all levels of rugby around the world, he is responsible for ensuring all sites provide a safe, fun, world-class rugby experience for all players.
OUTREACH MANAGER
Matt Wilson manages the West Des Moines Valley High School boys and girls rugby teams - two of the most successful youth programs in the nation, producing standout players like National Champion Rachel Ehrecke and HS All American Hannah Fultz. Matt brings his volunteer expertise to ensure all leagues are supported by world class instructors and mentors.
MOM
The Mother Organization Manager (MOM) is responsible for recruiting and managing an affiliate network of mothers who want to earn up to $500/month helping their friends and family find jrRugby sessions that fit into their busy schedules.​

COM
The Coach Organization Manager (COM) is responsible for recruiting and managing an affiliate network of elementary PE teachers who want to earn over $15,000/year by running as few as two hours of jrRugby sessions each week.
